Early intervention is critical for young children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or early red flags of ASD. I provide individualized, developmentally informed treatment designed to strengthen foundational social, emotional, and communication skills during the most important years of brain development.
Using the DIR/Floortime model, intervention focuses on building warm, meaningful relationships and supporting each child’s unique developmental profile. Through child-led, play-based interactions, therapy targets shared attention, engagement, emotional regulation, communication, symbolic play, and flexible thinking.
Parent support is a central component of early intervention. Caregivers are actively involved in sessions and coached on practical strategies to promote connection, communication, and skill development throughout everyday routines. This collaborative approach helps ensure progress extends beyond the therapy room and supports long term developmental growth.
